(former Songshan Abrasives Co., Ltd.), one of the largest manufacturers of Brown Aluminum Oxide in China, has 8 sets of 4000KVA furnaces (4 tilting furnaces and 4 batch furnaces) and 3 large grain manufacturing lines. The annual yield is 80,000tons, including 50,000tons of refractory alumina, 30,000ton grains for bonded abrasives and coated abrasives. The specifications are:
Refractory alumina crude :0 - 1mm, 1 - 3mm, 3 - 5mm, 5 - 8mm, 8 - 15mm;
Special grains for bonded abrasives: F8 - F220;
Special grains for coated abrasives: P8 - P220, or at your option
